Question 30
What is faith in Jesus Christ?
Faith in Jesus Christ is acknowledging the truth of everything that God has revealed in his word, trusting in him, and also receiving and resting on him alone for salvation as he offered to us in the gospel.
Galatians 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

Dear Friends at Brownfield Baptist Church,
We are so glad to have our new pilot neighbours now in PNG doing language and cultural training, we only have about 4 months left until they are able to join us in Telefomin! We've also been blessed with new supporters, some who have kindly agreed to pray for us and some who have agreed to financially support our ministry regularly. This is such a great encouragement that we are where we are supposed to be, despite the challenges we have been facing with our isolation.
Gull Lake
Dear Gull Lakers,
After 18 years it is time for me to say goodbye.
18 years ago, my wife Sarah and I joined the camp with our 3-month-old daughter. We were so excited to come and join this ministry that we both loved so dearly!
The first three years as program manager were exhausting but rewarding as we figured it out and did all of the jobs together. Sarah came up with all the good ideas while I took credit for them. Sarah often spoke for scamper camp, LTD week, advent, or whatever else was needed. She even took on the role of hospitality manager for a season. I had a kid in a backpack as I went around checking on activities, staff, and campers. Our family grew and I took on the role of director. Eventually, we had four kids, and the joy of being at camp continued.
Circle Square Ranch
Camp is approaching fast, and we are excited to welcome new and returning campers and staff through our gates this year! Western Town is filling up fast, but there are still spots left for Pathway aged campers, especially for boys. We still have some spots available in LIT, and a few spots for male campers in our specialty Ranch Hand Camp.
